Our Service Department is built on over 25 years of industry experience and is dedicated to delivering reliable, high-quality electrical services across the Lower Mainland and throughout British Columbia.
We support a diverse range of clients, including stratas, property management companies, commercial facilities, industrial operations, and EV charging infrastructure providers. Led by a Red Seal–certified team with extensive field experience, our department focuses on providing responsive, professional, and safe electrical solutions. We operate with a clear mission to deliver extraordinary service, exceptional workmanship, and honest, dependable communication.
Preventative Maintenance
Our preventative maintenance services help keep your electrical systems safe, reliable, and operating at peak efficiency—minimizing the risk of unexpected failures, costly downtime, and unplanned repairs. Through scheduled inspections, detailed system assessments, and proactive corrective work, we protect your assets and help extend the service life of your equipment.
To further strengthen reliability and identify issues before they escalate, we also provide infrared thermal scanning performed by our team of certified Level 1 and Level 2 thermographers, allowing us to detect overheating components, loose connections, and developing faults that may not be visible during a standard inspection.
In addition, we offer both medium and high voltage vault maintenance, coordinating closely with all parties involved to plan and execute a safe, efficient, and seamless shutdown-reducing disruption while ensuring the work is completed thoroughly and to the required standards.
Annual Electrical Operating Permits (AEOP's)
We offer full support with Annual Electrical Operating Permits (AEOPs) tailored to your property. Our team manages the entire process—from documentation and coordination to inspections and renewals—ensuring your buildings remain safe and compliant.
